Damaged Items:
In the event that any portion of your order arrives in a damaged state, kindly reach out to info@primarycommodities.shop promptly. Ensure to include your order number along with a photograph depicting the damage. Please bear in mind that we must receive such inquiries within 15 days from the date of purchase. Important: Once the product is taken out of its initial protective packaging, we cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent damage arising from improper handling.
